Old City Park Historic Village
Dallas Heritage Village is a living history
museum portraying life in North Texas from
1840-1910. The museum is comprised of 38 historic
structures & boasts a working Civil War era
farm, a traditional Jewish household, elegant
Victorian homes, a school, a church & commercial
buildings.

Sixth Floor Museum
Opened in February 1989, The Sixth Floor Museum
at Dealey Plaza attracts an average of 450,000
visitors annually. Among the many points of
interest for museum visitors is the opportunity
to gaze through the sixth floor windows
overlooking Dealey Plaza to observe the route of
the Presidential motorcade as it passed in front
of this building on November 22, 1963. In
October 1993, the National Park Service formally
designated the building and Dealey Plaza as
being part of the Dealey Plaza Historic Landmark
District.

McKinney Avenue Trolley
The mission of the McKinney Avenue Transit
Authority, a heritage or historical trolley
system operating restored vintage electric
streetcars, is to recreate how a real trolley
system of the early to mid-twentieth century
looked and operated. In cooperation with Dallas
Area Rapid Transit, it is also an integral
component of 21st century public transit in
Dallas.
